I came home to find my Samsung fridge didn’t work, my brother gave me ozi appliance information, I called them and they came and fix the problem. I highly recommend them, they are professional, polite and they know what they are doing. I am very pleased with them.

My TCL 65″ TV had a screen problem and was replaced straight away under their standard 3 year warranty, excellent service from start to finish from TCL and the boys at OZI Appliance. Cheers Gary

My 7-year-old washing machine was leaking. I called OZI appliances, and they exceeded my expectations. First, comprehensive troubleshooting was done over the phone on that first call, to give the tech the best chances of fixing the issue on the first visit. The tech came, did a thorough revision and was able to pinpoint and show me the problem. Sure enough, he had the right parts in his van, did an excellent job at fixing it and even discussed with me the options given the age of the washing machine. Very professional, all the right tools, for the job and for the business, automating all the administrative tasks and providing a service with zero delays. I was able to pay with card on the spot, and the invoice emailed to me straight away. Highly recommended!

We used OZI Appliances to move a fridge between rooms – because of the narrow doorway they had to remove the fridge doors and replace them afterwards. They were great – from the first call to them we knew we had a company that cared for customers. Lauren at their office was very helpful in scheduling this unusual request. Extremely happy with the service. Our TV repair man, Jay called us half an hour before arriving. He was very professional, had the parts ready and knew immediately what the issue was. He fixed our LG television and sorted out a few other issues regarding correct settings and our household is very happy, with the results. Definitely recommend this technician .
